Caring tips for your new wipeable tablecloth
Our wipeable tablecloths are wonderfully easy to care for. Whilst in use you can simply wipe off any spills and stains with a damp cloth or sponge and clean warm water. Try to wipe any spillages off as soon as possible to keep your tablecloth in pristine condition. Best of all, because our tablecloths are acrylic coated they can even be washed, unlike PVC tablecloths, oilcloths and vinyl tablecloths.
Acrylic-Coated, PVC Tablecloth or Oilcloth?
We are all familiar with the popular PVC tablecloths and oilcloth fabrics available today, but at Franclaire Fabrics we specialise in the increasingly popular acrylic coated tablecloths. These beautiful fabrics are cotton or linen and coated with acrylic and/or Teflon to give a durable and robust wipe clean surface whilst retaining the soft feel and drape of a normal tablecloth. The fabrics do not require hemming and have the benefit of being washable too. We think you’ll love them!
